If anything in a signed Service Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Service Agreement prevails for that engagement.

Our services involve advertising platforms and tools operated by third parties. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. We are not responsible for changes to, decisions made by, or the availability of any third-party platform, including account suspensions or policy enforcement actions taken by a platform.
Fees for services are set out in the applicable Service Agreement or proposal. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the period specified, and advertising spend is separate from our service fees. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
We apply professional skill and care to manage and optimise campaigns. However, advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, platform algorithms and policies, budgets, and the products or services being advertised. We do not guarantee any specific results, rankings, conversion volumes, or return on ad spend.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Stepjar Media and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ownership of deliverables produced under a Service Agreement is governed by that agreement.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed in the course of an engagement and to use it only for the purpose of performing or receiving the services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stepjar Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the website or our services. Our total aggregate liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client to Stepjar Media for the services giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event.
You agree to indemnify and hold Stepjar Media harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of content you provide, products or services you advertise, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the website at any time for conduct that breaches these Terms. Termination of paid services is governed by the applicable Service Agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any dispute-resolution provisions in an applicable Service Agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
